If you suffer from anxiety then do you realise what this means? That you are allowing yourself to have pain because of something that isn’t real… 

It never ceases to amaze me as to how much time and effort people put into their anxiety.

Depending on their level of skill at nurturing their anxiety then this can result in some people becoming good enough at it to create panic attacks… And they can still go further too…

Whilst a person nurtures this self-harming, destructive thinking pattern they cannot, of course, make progress in life… All their efforts to progress are eventually returned to a nil result or a regression from their current position.

All this effort put in to fight an illusion… Something that isn’t real… Something that has only become real to them thanks to patterns of unconscious and incorrect thinking… 

All of which can be removed with a few structured thoughts, and some self-awareness…

Considerhave you given too much of your life away to a self-created illusion that cannot aid your life… Have you given enough that you are now ready to stop? Don’t answer, just consider…

If you have ever suffered from anxiety then you will like the simplicity of this. It will point out quite clearly why if you’ve had any treatment to cure your anxiety why it hasn’t worked.

  • Consider, do you think anxious thought can add a single day to your life… Then as you know nothing stands still… Do you think any anxious thought, therefore, is probably shortening your life… how do you feel about this?

  • Consider, any anxiety you have in your life is just distress or uneasiness of your mind caused by the illusion of danger or misfortune… Meaning that if you are anxious then your ego is in control and you are not, you are working for it, you are a slave to it whenever you are anxious… Would you consciously allow yourself to be a slave to anyone at all, let alone someone that was doing you harm… How do you feel about this?

  • Consider, so we are clear… anxiety is something we create about an illusion of what may happen…

  • Consider, psychologists and psychiatrists are mainly perpetuating the problem of anxiety… how do you feel about that? Do you disagree with it… If so then consider, where the benefit to you lies and test your assumptions… Avoid judgement, just look…

  • Consider, medical people of all sorts study sick people to learn how to not be sick… If you want to be a success at something, would you study someone who has succeeded at it or failed at it… How do you feel about questioning what the herd assumes to be obviously correct?

  • Consider, whatever a group of people gives their dominant attention to causes the problem to expand… e.g. we are continuously looking for new illnesses, so what do we find…

  • Consider, how you feel when I say… these people are not here for the cure, there’s no money in the cure and they are here to prolong the disease… What do you think, not what does the programmed you think… what do you think…

  • Consider, do you really think anxiety is incurable…

When I used to think this sort of thing, people told me I was wrong and that I couldn’t be right as there were all these experts out there… But the truth is that experts are very easily led by the experts who went before them… As someone once said to me, ‘These guys can’t do anything original… Someone did it wrong and then everyone copied him!’

Creating this illusion from the fresh air so that you may suffer… Now if that’s not insanity then I don’t know what is. The problem is anxiety is caused by chaotic thinking, when you replace that with a little structured thinking then the illusion vanishes…

I'm not promising it will happen overnight but it will happen.
